How the Reading Plan Works

The reading plan is a 365-day journey through the entire Bible in chronological order. The whole community of Bonaire reads together, one day at a time.

What "chronological" means

Instead of reading the Bible from Genesis straight through to Revelation, the chronological plan arranges the readings in the order the events happened in history. For example, you might read a Psalm on the same day as the part of King David's life that inspired it.

Reading together

Everyone on the island follows the same plan on the same day. This means you can talk about what you read with your family, friends, or community — everyone is on the same page (literally!).
